GSA Advantage “Shopping Cart” Uploads
Per GSA requirements you have 6 months from time of award to upload your products and or services through the SIP program onto the GSA advantage website. NCI can do this for you.
You are required by the GSA to report your IFF (International Funding Fee) quarterly and stay in compliance with the FAR regulations such as TAA Compliance and Maintaining best price requirements. NCI will be happy to do that for you as well.
E-buy is the exclusive on-line RFQ (request for Quotes) system for GSA contract holders. E-buy does two things: It allows procurement officers to meet the requirement for orders expected to be over $100,000 to be competitively bid. In addition, it allows buyers to communicate and explore vendor capabilities prior to enduring the RFQ process. E-buy is a powerful tool! It allows users to proactively seek out opportunities and make contact with Federal, State, and Local Government buyers that typically purchase your products and services.
